I enjoyed every bit of my experience with Courtland Roofing. Not only did they do a high quality job on our roof and gutters but the people associated with their business were a joy to work with. I always got a quick and honest response from Coury and his project managers and employees were great. Our roof was damaged during a storm and Coury helped liaison the relationship with my insurance company to make sure we were taken care of. He also had to track down the right shingles for a picky family and do this all before it started to snow this year. 😉 Thanks Coury and Team for taking care of us!!

We are impressed with this company. The owner, Cory is professional and communicated every detail as the job progressed. As a retired engineer, my husband used to be in construction, so he knows the business. Unlike most construction we have dealt with in the past, Courtland roofing crews were there every day until the job was done. And a quality job is what we got. My husband was on the roof daily checking it out. They made sure all the rotting wood was replace, which was more than anticipated. It was shocking what was hiding under our shingles! Our new roof looks great, and increases the value of our property. We highly recommend Courtland Roofing if you are looking for repairs or replacing your roof.

I recommend this company who repaired my roof and gutters after the last storm. They were kind and very helpful taking time to discuss the process. Tally and Cory worked directly with my insurance and the roofers were polite and worked efficiently and left my driveway clean and tidy. Thanks guys, you did a great job.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Coury @Courtland Roofing was so helpful in facilitating the replacement of my roof. He advocated on my behalf with the insurance adjuster when they were trying to deny my claim. He was sincere and kind to work with and genuinely tried to give me the best deal he could….it sounds corny, but it felt like I was working with an old friend throughout the process. The end result turned out great and I would definitely call Coury if I were replacing another roof in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing experience with courtland roofing! They went above and beyond just doing a roofing project. They figured out a couple issues that we might have had and brought those to our attention and fixed those as well. I can't say enough good things about them. They also were super responsive! Super grateful!! Thanks Tally!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This review is for Tally Lloyd of Courtland Exteriors/Roofing. (verified it's this same company from my billing statement).

I hired Tally Lloyd to re-tile my bathroom floor and shower, as well as install a new window. While the tile work itself looks great, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing—and I cannot recommend him.

Tally initially promised the entire job would take three days, with only minor paint touch-ups needed at the end. Instead, the project dragged on for over a week and a half, was left unfinished, and required significant repairs beyond what was promised. I waited 4 months to write this review to give him a chance to make it right, and he never did.

His subcontractors were kind, but consistently showed up late—sometimes as late as 1pm—and only worked for a few hours a day. Despite my daily check-ins, Tally offered only excuses and failed to improve the situation.

Several issues were never addressed. Large holes in the drywall were left behind, my fiberglass tub was scratched and dented, and brand new floor tile was damaged. The most serious issue: the window installation was never completed. Tally left exposed tile board and open gaps around the window visible from the exterior—no insulation, no trim, and certainly not a finished product. He assured me he’d return after the holidays to finish the job, so I paid him in full. He never came back.

I spent months trying to reach him, with no response. Only after someone else contacted him on my behalf did I get a call back—with yet another excuse and another empty promise to return. It’s now been four months, and he has completely ghosted me.

Photos attached show the unfinished drywall, the incomplete window, and the damage left behind. Tally came across as kind and knowledgeable at first, but in the end, I was left with broken promises, damage, and unfinished work.

If you hire him, be aware that you may not get the follow-through or accountability you're expecting.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A couple of weeks back after a pretty big wind storm came through, I came home to find shingles on the lawn. After a quick examination they came off the ridge cap.
I called Coury and followed up with a text message about the damage and in need of a repair to our roof. Within 24 hours he had replied and asked for pictures of were they came from so he could get a crew/repair guy out.
I sent the pictures and within 2 days they had come out and replaced the ridge cap and it’s good as new.
I can not say enough good things about his company! If I could give them a 100 star rating I would!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Courtland Roofing did a great job walking me through the steps of my roof replacement. They were clean and very quick at completing the job. I have never had a contractor leave a job so clean. You could not even tell they had been here. No old shingles, nail ms or and debris anywhere. Definitely recommend!
