He advocated on my behalf with the insurance adjuster when they were trying to deny my claim.  He was sincere and kind to work with and genuinely tried to give me the best deal he could….it sounds corny, but it felt like I was working with an old friend throughout the process.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This review is for Tally Lloyd of Courtland Exteriors/Roofing. (verified it's this same company from my billing statement).

I hired Tally Lloyd to re-tile my bathroom floor and shower, as well as install a new window. While the tile work itself looks great, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing—and I cannot recommend him.

Tally initially promised the entire job would take three days, with only minor paint touch-ups needed at the end. Instead, the project dragged on for over a week and a half, was left unfinished, and required significant repairs beyond what was promised. I waited 4 months to write this review to give him a chance to make it right, and he never did.

His subcontractors were kind, but consistently showed up late—sometimes as late as 1pm—and only worked for a few hours a day. Despite my daily check-ins, Tally offered only excuses and failed to improve the situation.

Several issues were never addressed. Large holes in the drywall were left behind, my fiberglass tub was scratched and dented, and brand new floor tile was damaged. The most serious issue: the window installation was never completed. Tally left exposed tile board and open gaps around the window visible from the exterior—no insulation, no trim, and certainly not a finished product. He assured me he’d return after the holidays to finish the job, so I paid him in full. He never came back.

I spent months trying to reach him, with no response. Only after someone else contacted him on my behalf did I get a call back—with yet another excuse and another empty promise to return. It’s now been four months, and he has completely ghosted me.

Photos attached show the unfinished drywall, the incomplete window, and the damage left behind. Tally came across as kind and knowledgeable at first, but in the end, I was left with broken promises, damage, and unfinished work.

If you hire him, be aware that you may not get the follow-through or accountability you're expecting.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A couple of weeks back after a pretty big wind storm came through, I came home to find shingles on the lawn. After a quick examination they came off the ridge cap.
I called Coury and followed up with a text message about the damage and in need of a repair to our roof. Within 24 hours he had replied and asked for pictures of were they came from so he could get a crew/repair guy out.
I sent the pictures and within 2 days they had come out and replaced the ridge cap and it’s good as new.
I can not say enough good things about his company! If I could give them a 100 star rating I would!

They were clean and very quick at completing the job.  I have never had a contractor leave a job so clean.  You could not even tell they had been here.
